हमे मन और चेतन का अनुभव शरीर के द्वारा होता है। यदि आप थोड़ा सूक्ष्म विश्लेषण करे तो देखेंगे कि हम हर वक्त विचारों, क्रियाओं या प्रतिक्रियाओं के इर्द गिर्द ही घूमते रहते है। और ये सब किसी विश्वास, भय, अपेक्षा, अहंकार या इच्छा विशेष के कारण होता है।

मन और चेतन को समझना बहुत आवश्यक है। मन हमारे शरीर में सोचने और कल्पना करने की असीमित ऊर्जा का स्त्रोत्र है जबकि चेतन इसको संचालित करने के साथ हमेशा अच्छे और बुरे में फ़र्क करने का विवेक भी प्रदान करता है। मन की प्रबलता अनचाहे आवरण का निर्माण कर देती है जिससे हमारे विवेक या प्रज्ञा अवरुद्ध हो जाते है और शरीर उनका संकेत मिलने पर भी उपेक्षा करना शुरू कर देता है। चेतन प्राण है और मन साधन है , चेतन अपनी अभिव्यक्ति शरीर और मन के संयोग से करता है।

मन या चेतन यदि एक दूसरे से द्वंद्व करते है तो वह व्यक्ति निश्चित रूप से तनाव या अवसादग्रस्त रहेगा। इसके विपरीत यदि इन दोनों में पूरा तालमेल है तो उस व्यक्ति को सुख ढूंढने की जरूरत ही नहीं पड़ती है। प्रश्न यह उठता है कि ये कैसे संभव हो सकता है। इसका उत्तर है कि ये सब एक दिन में नहीं परन्तु सतत अभ्यास से संभव हो सकता है। किसी भी वस्तु या विचार को उसके मूल स्वरूप में जानने का सतत प्रयास इस संतुलन के करीब ले जाता है। यदि किसी भी निर्णय में मन के साथ चेतन की साक्षी भी है तो वैसे निर्णय बहुत अचूक होते है। ऐसा संयोग प्रतिकूल परिस्थतियों में भी समय को अनुकूल बना देता है।

मन और चेतन, दोनों में असीम संभावनाएं और अथाह शक्ति है। इनके समायोजन का पुरुषार्थ तो करना ही चाहिए। जो भाग्यशाली इस मर्म को समय पर समझ लेते है वे सचमुच जीवन को सफल बना लेते है।

This is Info-tech age, tonnes of information are thrown around us. We have to choose what to see, process, accept, reject or simply ignore out of it.
"What I will get" can't be applied in every action. There are several occasions we come across where we should not think in this term. Many relations are sustaining because there are people who don't keep account of "what I will get"
You may not agree with someone but the way you differ, makes lot of difference.
अपने भम, पाले हुए डर और मान्यताओं पर गौर करो। जिंदगी को कभी दूसरे नजरिये से भी देखना चाहिए। सिर्फ अपने ही दृष्टिकोण से देखने से जीवन में ठहराव आ जाता है।
धार्मिक और आध्यात्मिक दो शब्द ऐसे है जिनका अंतर जानना जरूरी है। यदि आप धार्मिक हो तो आपके लिए बहुत से नियम इस संसार में पूर्वनिर्धारित है परन्तु यदि आप आध्यात्मिक हो तो आपको नियम की जरूरत शायद ही पड़े।

Perceiving The Existence of Soul


Our body has some special part and possess forces which are constantly keeping a watch on anything we act or think. In India many call it a third eye. Some people may agree or some may not but it is really interesting that there is a big hard disk or server existing within our soul which is in our body.

The soul is eternal so the server or hard disk too should be working inside it. The server is having far bigger capacity of memory to store huge data and it processes these sets of data when there is a conducive environment. This is a journey of knowing the unknown within us. 

We behave as per our basic nature, perceptions and beliefs but deep within ourselves there is a huge system which works constantly. We call it by different names like Destiny, Karma and so on to the extent we develop understanding about it. I am not talking about religion here rather striving for a constructive thought process about our inner self. Soul-searching and religion both are totally different though their meaning is known to be synonymous in common parlance. Generally religion is evolved by others and then followed, while soul-searching is always an individual approach where in it is not necessary to follow a defined set of rules, eventually it brings different experience too. So mute question comes up, how do we know about this inner system and benefit from it and start a nice journey towards complete self-realization if we really aspire for it.

Some steps we can explore are explained here:

Observation : Observing is an art. how to observe, what to observe and how to remain vigilant while observing, all these questions are very important and one has to find answers on his own by practicing observance individually. Some of the area may be like observing sunrise, inner feelings, behavior of self and others, flowing water, watching stars or moon at midnight, breathing, emotions and so on.
   
Thought process : It is interesting to note that once we learn observing, our thought process start getting direction. We get closer to more consciousness-centric reality. In straight words, we start having grip on our thought-process.

Meditation : There is enough literature, write-ups available everywhere but just to simplify it I would like to add that meditation can not be pursued, instead it should happen naturally. It does not always require forest or some lonely place, It is within you and let it reveal itself by being what you are in real. Our calmness is our meditation, Our concentration is our meditation and in fact our happiness is true meditation. I am not playing with words, its really true that when you are happy, that state of mind is really a true meditation.

Change : You might have heard that change is sure, inevitable and everything changes and so on. Yes I too agree with these facts but my point is think about "desired or required change". Life is so small so we can not remain aloof and let every change take place as it happens. We as an eternal soul can make changes.When meditation start happening, changes do take place positively. It is not by compulsion, it is spontaneous. Yes each of us will have a different story but meditation helps a lot.

Consistency : All of the above, if not followed or attained on sustained basis it looses consistency and thus its effectiveness eventually. Each time you meditate or observe you will enjoy to know that  different avenues are opening up. You will be able to find your answers on your own and its a great fun too.

Attaining Purity : Purity may have different meaning but here it is referred for state of our soul. When our soul-searching starts it heals, it brings changes, it liberates, it affects our health positively, it increases our intuition, penance and the more we advance, more we are near to purity and transformation. All of sudden you can not talk about purity, it has to be attained by following the other points we discussed above.

Last but not least, if we really follow and feel all these the journey of self-realization starts......

Start with vision



Life paves different ways to live. We constantly act and react, sometimes necessary and sometimes unnecessarily. It all depends on our thought process and the vision we develop over a long period. Vision once set in our mind affects our entire life. Recently somebody asked me, what is the best gift from parents to their children, I simply replied " If you can give them the vision of right kind, it will the best gift for them. 

Vision defines your goal, ambition, destination, lifestyle, relationship, wealth, luck, friends, networking, carrier, health, success, happiness and whatnot. We find people struggling for wealth, good perks, real brothers fighting for a piece of land, Industrialists fighting for corporate takeovers, Political leaders seeking votes with all unfair means, all these speak about their kind of vision they possess. You may notice, apparently looking powerful, they all are in a state of unsecured feeling and their vision is obstructed by their own thought process. A visionary person always believes in creating and adding value. He would not waste time in dividing people. 

You may find there are many people who are wealthy but happiness is with people with vision and positive mindset only. If our present is not as per our expectation who bars us to improve and evolve a broad vision which should attract good luck to us. Believe me, if you practice such kind of thinking with having a feeling of wellness for all, you will constantly attract far better time in your life. Yes, it's your turn now.

#Meaningful Life


Any wise person would definitely feel at some point of time and he would be compelled to think  what is the purpose of life. If this becomes clear, life finds its meaning. Finding a purpose is all matter of individual choice and there can not be a rule of thumb. Let us analyze and try following three steps to get as near as possible to reach a process of finding a purpose in life so the true happiness is attained.


Step 1 : Ascertain symptoms of purposeless life: 


We find people saying :
I feel just bored living a routine life.
I wish more freedom.
I feel my friends and relatives avoid me.
If something happened like this I would have done extremely well.
I don't like anybody in this world.
This world is hopeless.
I am just alive.
Even if I extend favor people forget it.
Where is happiness.
Life is all challenge.
I want a complete change.
There should be a nice person with me to whom I can share everything
and so on...

If you feel anything like the above, then this is true that you are not living a meaningful life. You are living a life either full of unrealistic expectations or you are completely directionless.

Let us go further to the second step,

Step 2 : Ensure purpose of life to make it meaningful

It is mentioned earlier that this is an individual choice but we can start thinking this way and find it as soon as possible:

Accept first, everything is not ours and we are not compelled  to react to everything what happens around us even if it is affecting us. The moment you assume something is yours, be it a person or object, worries of protecting it will be transferred to you so it is up to you what exactly you should own it or not.  What to seek and pursue is always our choice but that doesn't mean we follow everything which comes in our way. Ascertain well in which field we can excel and at what point of our age we are. Take proper stock of resources available and correlate everything to have proper direction. One should also think what makes her or him happy. At some point of time one can be happy with something and may not at other point of time. If something has gone forever it must be accepted. If something is available to others, that should not be your problem, In such thought process try to figure out what can be achieved by you at what cost and whether it is worth for you in terms of happiness or else.

Step 3 :  List your Goals and segregate them and act upon
 
Once you conclude very purpose or purposes of your life, set goals which may be of short-term and long-term. Of course every milestone may not give you happiness, but the result would make you happy if your direction is well thought and by this process you will be able to visualize how to set balance in life and figure out the true meaning in it.
