टोह (Discovery)

कुछ तो शून्य में गोते लगाने का मन करता है
अब तो ये तन भी बहुत अनशन करता है। 

बोझिल सी पलको के पीछे छुपे हुए संदेश
चुप रहकर , समय भी कितना दफन करता है।

चले बहुत दूर तक बड़े काफिलों के संग
वो ही कहानी फिर, इंसान अकेला भ्रमण करता है।

समझे कुछ लोग, जानकर भी ना समझे
बेमेल समूहों में मनुज, विष वमन करता है।

जान ले जहां कि छोड़ी नहीं उम्मीदें मेंने
आज भी फसादों में इंसान ही अमन करता है।

Know a Prison around or within us

Many times, a question arises from the bottom of my heart, what kind of life I am living and what I ought to be, this scenario is repeated whenever I am alone. Probably it is a sign of a living soul.

When I look back, I find most of the time I was exposed to the environment wherein my thoughts, my deeds were influenced by survival and security for myself and my family and I would say I was prevented to think beyond. I was forced to make perceptions which suited to the so-called society and when I accepted it I was tagged as a gentleman. Whenever I raised some questions about the validity of any system, I was rewarded with sheer aloofness.

This is probably not my situation, anybody with some original thoughts faces it. A prison within us is created and constantly maintained by compulsions, and such compulsions are recognized by us knowing or unknowingly, willingly or unwillingly. We strive for comforts and make suitable adjustments. The Funniest part of this is that, most of the time we too help expanding this prison, probably to have more companions and eventually society finds better and more respectable prison to accommodate more prisoners. What a great thing happening around us! Wow!

These recognized prisons play very important role in influencing our judgment power. It's like if a prisoner doesn't behave as per prison's rules then he will be punished. Effectively all this process leads to create an environment full of fear.

All new inventions, thoughts, challenges these established prisons and their validity. To avail protection, they are always ready to bring in more influential prisoners to their fold like a political party admitting criminals to run their show behind the curtains.

How to Overcome These Prisons

• Be vigilant: Though many prisons exist, we can avoid their grip by remaining alert and aware.

• Limit greed: Those who chase money, fame, or power through shortcuts become the easiest prisoners. When thoughts are guided by external desires, the prison expands.

• Understand your fears: Often, people have resources yet live miserably because of fear. Study your fears carefully. In most cases, the situation does not justify them. Fear leads to surrender, and surrender leads to imprisonment.

• Make sustained efforts: Whatever the situation, consistent and focused effort brings results. Destiny is shaped by our deeds. Even if you believe it cannot be changed, it can certainly be modified.

• Seek blissfulness: Do not chase possessions; seek bliss instead. Dream big, and you will achieve big. Never feel guilty about your surroundings—your achievements reflect your true intent.

Let's be more vigilant about our surroundings and avoid being prisoners of so-called prestigious prison waiting around us.

दोस्त को पुकार (calling the friend)

सपनों का पीछा करता मनुज

गंतव्य को भूल बैठा

जब मंजिलें ना मिली
तो जहां रुका उसे ही मंजिल मान बैठा

जब कुछ खास हासिल ना हुआ तो
कुछ अखबारों की सुर्खियों में आकर
जीवन को धन्य मान बैठा...।

खैर जो हुआ सो हुआ
पर इसको आदत सी बना ली

अब तो नित्य ही कृत्रिम जिंदगी जी रहा
घूंट जहर के चुपचाप पी रहा

वो बतियाने को दोस्त भी ना साथ रहे
कुछ कहे तो भला किसको कहे....।

इतना आगे आ गए
कितने पीछे छूट गए

नदियों में पानी बहुत बहा
किनारों ने कितना सहा

चले थे कहां , मुकाम कुछ और मिले
भूलकर सब शिकवे और गिले
आ मेरे दोस्त हम फिर मिले
आ मेरे दोस्त हम फिर मिले....।

मौन (Silence)

मेरे प्रश्नों से ज्यादा उलझे हुए थे उत्तर
सोचता हूं बोलू या चुप्पी साध लू। 

सत्य इतना जटिल भी होता है
पहले नही था अहसास कभी। 

हतप्रभ सी स्थिति में
कुछ भी सूझता नहीं था। 

बरबस सब होता गया
सध सी गई मानो भीड़ में निरवता
और किसी दुर्जन में भी समता। 

समय को मेरे शब्दों की ज़रूरत थी
और मज़बूरी को मौन की। 

किसे अपना लू किसे नहीं
असमंजस हावी था विवेक पर
ये सब ऐसा था जैसे प्रकाश में
होता अंधेरे का अनुभव। 

ठिठकती न्याय व्यवस्था
सिमटते विकल्प और समाधान
किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़ राजनीति आज
हर कोई जवाब की अपेक्षा में। 

मै खड़ा कर्तव्य पथ के दौराहों पर
आहटें थी कुछ पदचापों की
सत्य मौन साधे एकांत में
और असत्य अकड़ रहा था।

समझ (Understanding)

मुझे बहुत समझाया गया 

कुछ उल्लेखित राहों पे चलने को
लादे हुए माहौल में पलने को।

प्रश्न करने की मनाही हरदम
बहुत निगरानी में थे मेरे कदम।

आत्मा पर पहरे भला कब तक चलते
विचार तो बच्चों की तरह मचलते।

में भी लोगों को पहचानने लगा
उनके भावों को जानने लगा।

किसीने मुझे भक्त बनाया
किसीने अशक्त बनाया।

जब सत्य से मुलाकात हुई
जीवन मे नई शुरूआत हुई।

अब समय को जानकर
अपनी मर्यादा को मानकर।

मै मौलिकता के मार्ग पे चल पड़ा
प्रतिक्रियाओं से बाहर निकल पड़ा।

अब चंचल मन भी मान जाता है
अनेकांत से निकट का नाता है ।

अंतरिक्ष का अंतर में आभास करता हूं
अनसुलझे प्रश्नों के उत्तरों की तलाश करता हूँ।

कविता (Hindi Poem)

मुझे चुनोतियाँ तो हर रोज मिलती है
मेरी कविता, सिर्फ सत्य जो कहती है।

ये कभी श्रंगार तो कभी वीर रस कहती है
निर्भय हो सत्ता के गलियारों से भी गुजरती है।

इस पर हर तूफान भी गुजर जाता
आकाश भी सीमित नही कर पाता।

रोकने की हर कोशिश इसे बृहत्तर कर देती
सूखते शब्दों के झरनों को फिर भर देती।

ये कविताएँ भूगोल नही मानती
स्वछंद ये, खुद के अस्तित्व को नही जानती।

बरबस इनका बनते जाना
शब्दों का चितवन में आना जाना।

ये तो बस शुरू होती है
नही कभी ये अंतिम होती है।

कितनों ने समझा इसे और आनंद लिया
बेशक कुछ बिरलों ने जी भर के इसे जिया।

बस इसे एक प्रेम ही नियंत्रित करता है
अंतर्मुखी बनाकर अभिमंत्रित करता है।

जब प्रेम से अध्यात्म की ओर अग्रसर होती है
कालजयी बन अक्सर वो कविता अमर होती है।

                                                     मेरी लघुता को मजबूरी मत समझो

                                                   आप जीतते रहो, उसकी व्यवस्था है ये।

                                                  हम तो उस दिन जीतेंगे जब लोग कहेंगे
                                                     आप जीत गए हो अपने प्रयत्नों से।

                                                      रास्तों के कंकरों से दोस्ती है मेरी
                                                      ताकि वो कभी चुभे नही आपको।

                                                      गति तेज है, जरा सम्भलकर चलना
                                                      अभी तो दूर तक जाना है आपको।

                                                      मेरी कलम पर एतराज मत करो
                                                    इतिहास लिखना तो बाकी है अभी।

                                                   शंका के बादलों में छुप के मत रहो
                                                    जो कहना है, दिल खोल कर कहो।

                                              फैसला तो होठों तक आ चुका हाकिम के
                                           मजबूर वो आज तक, गवाहों के इंतजार में है।

                                              हम चलते है जमीन पे आपका ख्याल कर
                                               वरना उड़ना तो हमें भी खूब आता है।

                                               विश्वास की बुनियाद पर घर बनते है
                                             अन्यथा महलों को भी कौन पूछता है।

                                        मेरे आंगन के फूलों में कोई फूल ऐसा महके
                                       लोग बुलाए उस फूल को, विश्व धरोहर कहके।

                                             विचार लो और कर्तत्व को महत्व दो
                                            अविचल बनो ओर सत्य को सत्व दो।

                                      ऊंच नीच के फेर में आज भी यथार्थ का स्थान है
                               झूठ कितना भी पाल लो, सत्य ही महान है, सत्य ही महान है।
