उम्मीदों का जहां


सन्नाटों में खुद के सायों से बाते करते हो
कहते कि अकेले नही, पर आहें भरते हो।
अरसा हो गया हमसे बात करके
अब ये मत कहना कि रोये नहीं जी भर के।
खुद को सजा देने की आदत तो पुरानी है
इश्क और इम्तहाँ की लंबी जो कहानी है।
कुछ बाँट लेते दर्द, ह्रदय तो हल्का हो जाता
गैर सही हम, अश्कों को अवकाश मिल जाता।
हर जगह सबको क़द्रदान कहाँ मिलते है
समय और संयोग से ही सुंदर फूल खिलते हैे।
पोंछ दो आँसू, उम्मीदों पर संसार चलता है
स्वीकार करो, आशाओं में प्यार पलता है।
कितनी देर हुई ये गिनती भी जरुरी नहीं
खुद को रोकना कोई मजबूरी नहीं।
कौनसे वक्त का इंतजार कर रहे हो
या किसी अनहोनी से डर रहे हो।
विश्वास करो, थाम लो मन की पतवार को
करीब है मंजिल, दस्तक तो दो द्वार को।

Start with vision



Life paves different ways to live. We constantly act and react, sometimes necessary and sometimes unnecessarily. It all depends on our thought process and the vision we develop over a long period. Vision once set in our mind affects our entire life. Recently somebody asked me, what is the best gift from parents to their children, I simply replied " If you can give them the vision of right kind, it will the best gift for them. 

Vision defines your goal, ambition, destination, lifestyle, relationship, wealth, luck, friends, networking, carrier, health, success, happiness and whatnot. We find people struggling for wealth, good perks, real brothers fighting for a piece of land, Industrialists fighting for corporate takeovers, Political leaders seeking votes with all unfair means, all these speak about their kind of vision they possess. You may notice, apparently looking powerful, they all are in a state of unsecured feeling and their vision is obstructed by their own thought process. A visionary person always believes in creating and adding value. He would not waste time in dividing people. 

You may find there are many people who are wealthy but happiness is with people with vision and positive mindset only. If our present is not as per our expectation who bars us to improve and evolve a broad vision which should attract good luck to us. Believe me, if you practice such kind of thinking with having a feeling of wellness for all, you will constantly attract far better time in your life. Yes, it's your turn now.

पैसा है पर सुख नहीं तो पढ़े...


आप सभी ने कहीं न कहीं यह जरूर देखा होगा, सुना होगा या महसुस किया होगा कि इस संसार में कई परिवार या व्यक्ति ऐसे है जिनके पास संपत्ति है और आमदनी  की अच्छी व्यवस्था है फिर भी ख़ुशी नहीं। यह सचमुच एक बड़ी विडम्बना है परंतु सत्य है।
कुछ उदाहरण पर चर्चा करते है :
एक व्यक्ति के पास पैसा बहुत है परन्तु उसे शिकायत है कि लोग उसे सम्मान नहीं देते।
एक महाशय अपने सभी रिश्तदारों से नाराज चल रहे है।
एक परिवार पैसे के साथ सामाजिक और राजनैतिक रूप से काफी प्रभावशाली है फिर भी वहाँ खुशियां दिखाई नहीं देती।
एक परिवार में बच्चे सबका अनादर करते है।
कहीँ पर स्त्रियों पर अत्याचार की स्थिती है।
किसी जगह पे रोगों ने अपना अड्डा जमा लिया है।

आखिर क्या कारण है कि इतना सब होते हुए भी जीवन में रिक्तता का निर्माण हो जाता है। मनुष्य इतना अकेला हो जाता है। इन सब विडंबनाओं के पीछे कुछ खास कारण है, आओ हम इस पर गौर करे।

कारण :

1. सिर्फ खुद के बारे में सोचना या करना।
2. रिश्तों के बजाय सामग्री में सुख खोजना।
3. अनचाही व्यस्तता ।
4. दोहरे मापदंडो वाली जिंदगी जीना।
5. सिर्फ इकठ्ठा करने की प्रवृत्ति  ।
6. अव्यवहारिक अपेक्षाओं में जीना।
7. अपने अहम् का पोषण करने की प्रवृत्ति।
8. भ्रम या सबको खुश करने की आदत।
9. दूसरों का श्रेय खुद लेने की आदत।
10. भविष्य को हमेशा अच्छा मानकर चलना।
11. रचनात्मक बातों के बजाय सिर्फ वाद विवाद करना।
12. मानवीय मूल्यों का अनादर करना।
13. समय के साथ परिवर्तन को नहीं अपनाना।
14. खान-पान की मर्यादाओं का सतत उलंघन।
15. परिवार या रिश्तेदारों में मेल-मुलाकातों का अभाव।

उपरोक्त सभी बाते कई लोगों का व्यवहारिक अध्ययन करने के उपरान्त लिखी गयी है। यहां पर ऐसे भी लोग उपलब्ध है जिन्होंने सम्पूर्ण जीवन में किसी की एक बार भी मदद करने का आनंद नहीं लिया। हर व्यक्ति अपने आप में दूसरे से भिन्न होता है फिर भी यदि इन बातो को हम थोडा भी जीवन में उतार सके तो काफी परेशानियों से बच सकते है और जीवन को खुशहाल बना सकते है।

#Meaningful Life


Any wise person would definitely feel at some point of time and he would be compelled to think  what is the purpose of life. If this becomes clear, life finds its meaning. Finding a purpose is all matter of individual choice and there can not be a rule of thumb. Let us analyze and try following three steps to get as near as possible to reach a process of finding a purpose in life so the true happiness is attained.


Step 1 : Ascertain symptoms of purposeless life: 


We find people saying :
I feel just bored living a routine life.
I wish more freedom.
I feel my friends and relatives avoid me.
If something happened like this I would have done extremely well.
I don't like anybody in this world.
This world is hopeless.
I am just alive.
Even if I extend favor people forget it.
Where is happiness.
Life is all challenge.
I want a complete change.
There should be a nice person with me to whom I can share everything
and so on...

If you feel anything like the above, then this is true that you are not living a meaningful life. You are living a life either full of unrealistic expectations or you are completely directionless.

Let us go further to the second step,

Step 2 : Ensure purpose of life to make it meaningful

It is mentioned earlier that this is an individual choice but we can start thinking this way and find it as soon as possible:

Accept first, everything is not ours and we are not compelled  to react to everything what happens around us even if it is affecting us. The moment you assume something is yours, be it a person or object, worries of protecting it will be transferred to you so it is up to you what exactly you should own it or not.  What to seek and pursue is always our choice but that doesn't mean we follow everything which comes in our way. Ascertain well in which field we can excel and at what point of our age we are. Take proper stock of resources available and correlate everything to have proper direction. One should also think what makes her or him happy. At some point of time one can be happy with something and may not at other point of time. If something has gone forever it must be accepted. If something is available to others, that should not be your problem, In such thought process try to figure out what can be achieved by you at what cost and whether it is worth for you in terms of happiness or else.

Step 3 :  List your Goals and segregate them and act upon
 
Once you conclude very purpose or purposes of your life, set goals which may be of short-term and long-term. Of course every milestone may not give you happiness, but the result would make you happy if your direction is well thought and by this process you will be able to visualize how to set balance in life and figure out the true meaning in it.

Stay Focused



While accomplishing a task or otherwise, always there is a possibility of losing our focus and indulging in unwarranted activities. We go for buying vegetables and we start discussing politics. Guests visit our home and instead of focusing on hospitality we suddenly start talking about religion which probably we don't follow in our routine. We attend so many meetings and at the end we feel outcome is far less as compared to our expectations. There are many such instances and the list goes on.

Constant self vigilance can be achieved by practice and that is the only way to see our thought process and control it to keep desired things in loop and focus. Many time we assemble to meet with preset agenda and by some influence or otherwise we leave track and see whole agenda itself is hijacked by others.

The simple reason for all this is having an ad hoc approach which makes us ineffective while dealing with different situations. Compare a text message with an other text message having some meaningful picture, I feel the other one would be far more effective. At the end of each day if we start counting that how many times we talked non sense and irrelevant things, we would start laughing at ourselves. It is bitter truth and we must accept it for striking right balance in life.

The severity of our unfocused approach is not immediately known. Ask a person about his feelings who missed choosing a right career at the start or anyone who missed on saving while he had very good earnings and they won't even be able to have proper words to express their repentance.

The moot point we should know is whatever we do, we don't have unlimited time so do the right things at right time with right and judicious use of resources available with us.

इजहार



तूफानो में भी हर सफ़र आसान है
सिर्फ तेरी पनाहों का अहसान है।
उन लम्हों को क्या पता
मेरी तेरी वो गुफ़्तगु और खता।
सिमट के पहलु में छुप जाना
बातों बातों में वो खिलखिलाना।
वेसे भी ये सब करिश्मों से कम नहीं
साथ हो हरदम, अब कोई गम नहीं।
आँखों में स्नेहिल समर्पण के भाव
तपती धूप में जैसे बरगद की छाँव।
दिन सिमट जाता रात के आग़ोश में
फिर राते भी कहा रहती है होश में।
सब कुछ शब्दों में कहना मुश्किल है
बस आप हो, मै हूँ, और ये मेरा दिल है.......।

Programme the Brain



We are on or off is a question. While alive we can say we are on and on expiry we are off. There are other situations, while slipping or in unconscious state, can we say we are on or off. Till we are alive we are engaged so we are on and till the death there is constant programming and our brain too writes complex codes of our life software. One has to understand this programming. Take one example, a person travel overnight by bus and while taking breakfast in morning at his home he feels as if he is traveling and moving in a bus. Many of us had such experience. The point here is that to understand what is the reason behind such experience. The reason is that our brain stores data and if there is repeated situations it creates memory slots which gradually becomes in built programmes which if not checked forms habit and then the mind works in sync with such memory slots.

 The moot point here is that there are two type of brain programmes one which are known to us and the others which are not felt or known completely even when these run in our mind and command body. For instance while digesting food and while breathing, our attention is not sought by body in general.

Now let us think about why it is important to know about brain programming for achieving balancing in life. When we know that repeated instructions or situations leads our brain to react in that direction then it becomes very important how to stay positive and avoid negative thoughts and people both. If you are in company of extreme negative people than very high chance you too start behaving negatively and the reverse too is true. A vigilant person can train his own brain what kind of programming it should seek or not at all. Actually speaking reading about all this programming by the brain would be always little than the practical experience. If remain awakened about our actions and surrounding situations we can write our own program of blessed life and create divine realm around us truly.
